1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 949t. By submitting your registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Each person may hold only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any pending balances may be voided. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details — name, mobile number, and payment method. 949t reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.

• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited may not register.

2. Account Rules & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 949t login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 949t staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

949t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that shows signs of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity that violates these terms. Funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

949t supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. For first-time withdrawals, please allow up to 1 hour while KYC verification is completed. 949t does not charge transaction fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits made using third-party accounts will be refunded and may trigger a security review.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

Bonuses offered by 949t, including the 195% first deposit bonus (up to ৳15,000), reload bonuses (15% on eligible deposits), and the daily cashback of 1.7%, are subject to the terms described here and on the specific promotion page.

Bonuses are credited for personal use only. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in account closure. Bonuses that are credited in error must be reported immediately; 949t reserves the right to remove them.

• Only one welcome bonus applies per player, regardless of the number of accounts.
• Bonuses expire 7 days after they are credited unless otherwise stated.
• 949t may change, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited automatically.

5. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at 949t carry a 17× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳17,000 in total before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Eligible Games for Wagering

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, KA Gaming, FA Chai, Red Tiger, and Spribe generally contribute 100%. Live casino games (Ezugi) contribute 10%. Sports betting markets contribute at a rate stated on the promotion page. Fishing games typically contribute 50%.

• Bets placed while your account balance is below the bonus value will not count toward wagering.
• Maximum bet per round while a bonus is active: ৳500 (or as stated on the promotion page).
• Placing bets designed to hedge or guarantee a profit will void the bonus.
